Cancellation policy: • 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund, less a 10% administration/processing fee. • 21–30 days before arrival: 10%–35% of the total tour cost will be charged. • 14–20 days before arrival: 25%–50% of the total tour cost will be charged. • Less than 14 days before arrival: 50%–100% cancellation charge. • After arrival or no-show: No refund (100% cancellation charge). Flight Cancellation Policy Flight tickets with Drukair and Bhutan Airlines are subject to the airlines' own cancellation rules. In general: • More than 30 days before departure: 90%–100% refund. • Within 3–10 days before departure: Up to 50% refund or no refund, depending on the fare type. • Rescheduling: Change fees may apply.
